Automobile Association (TheAA) is a British motoring association founded in 1905, which provides a services like breakdown cover, car insurance, driving lessons, loans, motoring advice, road maps and other services. Breakdown cover has always been our number one priority which has huge customer base in UK.

Role & Responsibilities

UI/ UX Designing    |    Graphic Designing   |    Frontend Development

I started working at AA as a UI Designer for the AA Products (Breakdown, Driving School, Home Insur-ance and Member Benefits program. Working on a project of such a large scale given me an opportunity to work on the UI Design, UX, Customer journeys and development. Coordinating with product owners, development team, business analysts has become an important activity for this role in a highly busy and Agile environment.

• Requirement gathering from product owners
• Developing High Fidelity Prototypes
• Providing UI Designs & Visual Guidelines
• Providing the Visual Mockups for A/B Testing
• Improving the UX on the results of UI Testing and Heat maps
• HTML / CSS development and integrating the frontend code in Backend environments
• UI Testing, Bug Fixing and maintaining the brand consistency across application
